you’re only as old as you feel

Grim-Reaper-20151204

I suppose the expression “you’re only as old as you feel” should make most people feel better. But what if “objects in the mirror are even wearier than they appear”?

I have an explanation. I call it “virtual age”.

On any given day, I add my age (56), to that of my children (32, 31, 29, 26 and 24) and my grandchildren (9, 7, 7, 5, 4, 3 and 1) and suddenly it becomes crystal clear: I’m really 234 years old.

Cute! Now what’s my excuse????? No kids, grandkids, etc…. :)\

  2. I’ve heard 243 years is a good age, not from anyone living, of course, but from politicians who also tell me they never tell lies. LOL
